These general terms and conditions apply to all bookings made with Transfert Chamonix (whether by email, phone, or through the Transfert Chamonix website) by any person (the “Client”), regardless of the Client’s country of residence.
By making a booking with Transfert Chamonix, the Client and any passengers traveling with them under the same booking are deemed to have unconditionally accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Bookings and Confirmation

All bookings must be made in advance via our website, by phone, or by email.

A booking is confirmed once payment is successfully completed through our secure Stripe payment platform, or when a written confirmation is sent by Transfert Chamonix.
Payment

Payments can be made by credit card via the secure Stripe platform or in cash directly to the driver.

Credit card payments are subject to Stripe’s terms and conditions and any applicable refund policy.

If paying in cash, please provide the exact amount, as our drivers may not have change available.
Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled transfer to qualify for a full refund.

Changes to a booking are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Transfert Chamonix.
Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for providing accurate information when making the booking, including contact details and passenger information.

Any delays or changes in flight information must be communicated to Transfert Chamonix as soon as possible.
Transfert Chamonix Responsibilities

Transfert Chamonix commits to providing a safe and professional transfer service.

In case of cancellation by us due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or other unpredictable events, we will make reasonable efforts to offer an acceptable alternative solution for the Client.
Privacy

All personal information provided by the Client will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and will only be used for the purpose of providing the transfer service.
By making a booking with Transfert Chamonix, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
